染料敏化太阳能电池中大孔TiO2薄膜电极的制备及应用

采用溶胶-凝胶水热法制备了TiO₂纳晶薄膜电极，晶型为锐钛矿型。为了提高电极的光电性能，利用聚苯乙烯小球做造孔剂，制备了含有大孔隙的TiO₂纳晶薄膜电极，孔径约为200 nm，该电极具有较好的光漫反射性能，更重要的是球形大孔的存在，提高了凝胶电解质在TiO₂薄膜电极中的渗透和I₃^-离子的扩散性能，与不含大孔的TiO₂电极相比，电池的短路光电流提高约2 mA·cm^-2，光电转换效率提高0.6%。     

Electrochemical Characteristics of Mg0.9Ti0.1-xZrxNi （x=0.02, 0.04, 0.06） Alloys

Mg-based hydrogen storage alloys Mg0.9Ti0.1-xZrxNi (x=0.02, 0.04, 0.06) were successfully prepared by means of mechanical alloying (MA). The effects of Zr addition on the discharge capacity and the cycle performance of the Mg-based electrodes were also studied. It was found that the discharge capacities were improved with addition of a small amount of Zr and the cycle performances of the alloy were stabilized with the addition of Ti. The effects of surface modification or coating on the properties of Mg0.9Ti0.06Zr0.04Ni were also studied. The results indicated that coating with graphite improved both the discharge capacity and cycle life of the amorphous Mg0.9Ti0.06Zr0.04Ni electrode.

Synthesis and Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectra of N-（1,3, 2-Dioxaphosphorinan-2-ylmethyl）thiophosphoramidates

N-（1,3,2-Dioxaphosphorinan-2-ylmethyl）thiophosphoramidates were synthesized and determined by NMR spectra and positive ion electrospray ionization mass spectrometry （ESI-MS） in conjunction with tandem mass spectrometry （MS/MS）. The fragmentation pathways were investigated. The results show that these characteristic ions in ESI mass spectra are useful in the structural determination of N-（1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan-2-ylmethyl）- thiophosphoramidates.

研究塑性有机固体的1H NMR方法

塑性有机固体的＾１Ｈ ＭＡＳ ＮＭＲ谱通常由一高分辨谱与一宽线谱组成，其中高分辨谱分量对应于塑性相，而宽线谱分量对应于刚性相。长延迟回波－ＭＡＳ ＮＭＲ实验可测得塑性相的高分辨谱，ＣＲＡＭＰＳ方法可测得整个固体＾１Ｈ体系的高分辨谱，常温下它往往以刚性相的贡献为主要成分。实验结果表明，结合＾１Ｈ ＭＡＳ、回波－ＭＡＳ与ＣＲＡＭＰＳ等三种固态高分辨＾１Ｈ ＮＭＲ技术可望成为深入研究塑性有机固体中塑性相     

THE EFFECT OF PHOTO-CROSSLINKING ON THE ORIENTATION STABILITY OF POLYVINYL ALCOHOL CONTAINING 4-NITRO-4′-ALKOXYSTILBENE AND CINNAMYL PENDENT GROUPS*

Crosslinking is one of the effective routes for improving the orientation stability of poledpolymer films. The derivative of polyvinyl alcohol containing 4-nitro-4'-alkoxystilbene andphoto-crosslinkable cinnamyl groups as side chains has been synthesized. The in-situ simul-taneous photo-crosslinking poling of synthesized polymer films has been performed. Thesecond order nonlinear optical coefficient d_(33) of poled film is 11 pm/V. The SHG mea-surements show that the break-over temperature of SHG signal is raised obviously afterirradiation, its orientation stability is doubled as compared with that of non-crosslinkingsamples.     

人钠/碘转运体基因转染结肠癌SW480细胞及相关蛋白表达的检测

目的以重组人钠/碘转运体（hNIS）基因转染结肠癌SW480细胞并检测hNIS mRNA及蛋白的表达，为放射性碘治疗非甲状腺肿瘤提供新思路。方法将构建好的重组质粒（pcDNA3.1+-hNIS）进行酶切、测序鉴定并扩增、提取。SW480细胞分为重组质粒（pcDNA3.1+-hNIS）转染组、空白质粒（pcDNA3.1+）转染组、空白对照组，转染后以RT-PCR和Western blot检测各组细胞hNIS mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果酶切和测序结果显示插入的hNIS基因大小和方向均正确。RT-PCR和Western blot显示重组质粒转染组SW480细胞可见hNIS mRNA和蛋白的表达，而空白对照组和空白质粒转染组均未检测到hNIS mRNA和蛋白的表达。结论脂质体法可有效地将hNIS基因转染至SW480细胞并成功表达hNIS蛋白。
